First Impressions of Bogota, Colombia

Keep in mind, it's only through my eyes so everyone could experience something different!

- All the people are so nice and welcoming to foreigners!

- Altitude sickness is not fun at all!

- The weather is beautiful!

- J Walking is a normal thing and actually you better just do it, in order to cross the street and you should probably run because cars won't stop and watch out for bikes splitting lanes

- Stick to walking because traffic is crazy..actually they drive a little crazy, there's moments of closing my eyes and hoping we don't crash!

- The food is delicious and the music is good!

- I stand out like a sore thumb because I'm just a little bit taller than everyone, ok A LOT taller!

- The mountains are beautiful!

- Tons of pigeons and they make weird noises, I feel like they will attack me at any moment while walking down the street or fly in my window!

- So many people have dogs!

- Almost everyone loves soccer, there's always pick up games going on everywhere!

- If you want to go out for dinner and the place has TV's and there is a soccer game, you will be waiting in line outside until the game is over!
